You must create an account to download plugins. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts
• Use automated means to scrape or download content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time; existing licenses are not affected by price changes.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled per Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. Contact support@sketchup-ai.com for assistance.

5. Free Trials

We offer a 30-day free trial. No payment information is required to start a trial. When your trial ends, you will need to purchase a license to continue downloading plugins.

6. Intellectual Property

All plugins, content, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Serbek Technologies. Your license to use the Software is governed by the EULA.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@sketchup-ai.com.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

SERBEK TECHNOLOGIES' LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET FORTH IN THE EULA. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE BEYOND THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
